1, Regarding the samples, we could manufacture the samples according to your drawings, but you know, we should manufacture the mould first of all before manufacturing the elbows, and the fee of mould is USD375 per sets, all the mould is six sets, now we first manufacture two samples, hence we need two sets, the mould fee is USD750. You should pay the USD750 for our manufacturing the two samples, of course, if our samples are examined by you and we finalise the final orders, then we could deduct the USD750 in the total contract amout.
If you don't want to pay USD750, we have a suggestion, that is we could manufacture the same elbows with the material of carbon steel, everything is same except the material. If you could accept, we will manufacture.
2, Regarding the delivery time for 60, 000 elbows, considering our current production orders, the small size of your possible orders, it will take us around three months to complete all the elbows. We could deliver them 20,000 pieces per month in lots. |
